High School Soccer: Boys Bi-District Playoffs Preview

District play this year was very exciting in UIL Region 3 & 4 boys soccer. SA L.E.E, in district 28 won the UIL 6A State Championship last season and looking to repeat the same success. Smithson Valley boys has impressed with just one loss in district play, Reagan has also impressed with an undefeated run in District 28. Harlan finished a perfect 16-0-0 in District 29-6A.

In 5A, Lanier are District 27 champs but Sam Houston was the talk of the district as they clinched a playoff spot playing some high flying soccer. Southwest finished a perfect 14-0-0 in district and are a regional favorite to win State. Alamo Heights looked great finishing second in District 26-5A with just one loss in district play.

Boerne won the UIL 4A State Championship last year and seemed to have kept the same form winning District 26-4A with an undefeated 12-0-0 record. La Vernia also won district and could make a deep run into the UIL 4A playoffs.

Bi-District round begins March 24th and runs through March 26th. Best of luck to all the teams!
