Liga MX Clausura recently concluded and the preseason tours of Mexican clubs have begun. Tigres and Santos will play at Toyota Field on Wednesday night June 22nd with a 7:30 PM scheduled kickoff. The friendly continues the tradition of Mexican clubs playing in Toyota Field.
Tigres UANL finished Clausura in second with 10 wins 3 Draws and 4 Losses and made it to the Semifinal. Tigres lost to eventual Champions, Atlas Guadalajuara 5-4 over two legs.
Santos Laguna Clausura campaign did not go well; finished 14th with 5 Wins, 5 Draws and 7 Losses and did not make the playoffs.
The Liga MX 2022/2023 Apertura season starts on July 2nd.
