UIW Cardinals
Head Coach – Kiki Lara, entering second season
Last season’s record – 2 Wins 7 Loses 0 Draws
UIW is looking to improve on their shortened 2020 season, they were competitive in eight of nine matches. Best win was the opener versus UNLV coming back from 2-0 to win 3-2. Kevin Gutia recorded a goal and an assist in the comeback victory. Edurado “Edu” Perez was leading goal scorer with 3. LEE graduate Wilmur Aguilar lead the team in assists with 2 and shots with 11. Charles Beck recorded 33 saves as goalkeeper for the Cardinals.

Caleb Callahan is an incoming freshman from Schertz Clemens, Callahan was an All-State selection and lead Clemens with 25 goals and also recorded 10 assists as a forward.
Dylan Navarijo is an incoming freshman from New Braunfels High School. Navarijo was District 27-6a Midfielder of the year, lead the Unicorns with 21 Goals and 7 Assists
Alec Rodriguez is a sophomore midfielder from San Antonio and went to Cienega High School in Arizona, recorded 27 minutes played in 3 matches last season for UIW.
Fransisco Segura is a sophomore from SA LEE appeared in 4 matches, starting in two. Segura recorded an Assist in 184 minutes played
Wilmur Aguilar is entering his sophomore and the SA LEE graduate appeared in 8 matches in his freshman season, starting in four. Aguilar has one Goal and two Assists, led the team in shots with 11.

Eduardo “Edu” Perez – Sophomore from Santander, Spain led the team in goals with three in his Freshman yearand was named to the WAC All-Freshman Team.
Nils Roth – Senior Goalkeeper from Norway was transfer from Pima CC in Arizona and unfortunately went down with an injury early in the season. Roth will be looking to make a comeback as a starter. Had a 26-2 record at Pima and won the 2019 NJCAA National Championship

St. Mary’s University Rattlers
Head Coach – Johnny Clifford, fourth season as head coach
Last season’s record – 6 Wins 3 Losses 1 Draw
In 2019 the Rattlers made it to the NCAA Div II Sweet 16, in the shortened 2020 season they finished 6-3-1 and appeared in the first round of the Lonestar Conference Tournament. The Rattlers will be looking to make another run at the NCAA tournament as they have plenty of talent. Biggest win was versus Dallas Baptist, a 4-0 victory. Andre Schlaefli led golakeepers in saves with 21 and had a 0.92 GAA.

Bailey Crombie – Sophomore from Steele H.S, appeared in 9 matches, logging 86 minutes and recording 1 Assist
Marlon Flores – Senior from Brandeis HS, appeared in 10 matches, starting in four with one Goal and 365 minutes logged
Dante Valenica – Incoming Freshman from UIL 6A State Champions SA LEE, scored 15 Goals and 14 Assists with the Volunteers last season.

Liam Morrison – Lone Star Defensive Player of the Year, also had 2 Goals and 1 Assist
Alonso Rodriguez – the Salamanca, Spain native led the Rattlers with 4 Goals, named to All Lone Star First team
Deni Cresto – the Brazilian from Curitiba, was All Lone Star First Team and had 2 Goals and led the Rattlers with 5 Assists
Trinity University Tigers
Head Coach – Paul McGinllay, 26th season with a record of 459-74-29
Last season’s record – 6 Wins 1 Loss 1 Draw
The Tigers finished 6-1-1 in the shortened 2020 season and were the SCAC regular season Champions. Made it to the Semi-final SCAC Championship. Best win of the season was versus Colorado College, a 5-1 victory. The Tigers are perennial favorites to win conference and make noise in the NCAA Div III Championship. Juan Carlos Vidales led the team in saves with 16 and had 2 clean sheets with a 0.75 GAA.

Jacob Galan – Defender from SA Reagan started in all eight matches last season, with 5 shots and 4 fouls on the season, defense only gave up 8 goals all season.
Diego Gonzalez – Midfielder from Central Catholic had one Goal and One Assist in three matches last season
Jacob Hallenberger – appeared in just one match last season, has 18 Goals and 21 Assists during his collegiate career.
Philip Duenez – the Stevens HS graduate had 2 Goals and 1 Assist in 8 matches. Duenez made 5 match starts
JonConnor Rule – the Defender from SA Johnson had one goal and 3 fouls in 8 matches
Joseph Kuri – is coming from TAPPS Div II State Champions TMI-Episcopal.

Juan Carlos Vidales – has 2 Clean Sheets and a 6-1-1 record with 16 saves and a 0.75 GAA.
Fraser Burns – 3 Goals and 3 Assists for the Scotland native, and has 9 Goals and 10 Assists in his collegiate career.

Our Lady of the Lake Saints
Head Coach – Shane Hurley 14th Season with a record 0f 113-67-16
Last season’s record – 5 Wins 4 Losses 1 Draw
Finished third in the Red River Athletic Conference and made it to the RRAC Semi-finals. Best win of the season was a 1-0 victory of LSU-Shreveport. Had an opening round victory in the RRAC Championships. Will have a tough five match stretch as they face #13 ranked William Carey University on Sept 10th, #18 ranked University of Mobile on Sept 11th, St. Mary’s on Sept 16th, which is a three match road trip, then two back to back home matches versus LSU-Shreveport on Sept 23rd and TAMU- Texarkana on Sept 25th.
