The First Round of the “Best Crest in Texas” saw 56 clubs from the NPSL, UPSL, NSL, and USL2 face head to head. 1500 overall votes determined to see who went on to the second round. Now the big clubs from USL1, USL Championship and MLS enter the tournament.
