The UPSL Women’s Soccer regular season is quickly wrapping up and it’s been exciting thus far. As we focus locally, on the Central Conference, three San Antonio clubs have been working hard to finish first. As we enter the final weekend of the regular season, San Antonio Sporti FC find themselves in first place with one to go.
Sporti FC’s last weekend match up with Coyotes was a 5-0 win, with a brace from Leslie Rios. Amy Salaices, Libby Welker and Jewels Pacheco added to the score line.
Next match up for Sporti FC is against Alamo City SC in the season finale. Alamo City are currently third with a 2-1-2 record with 7 points. Alamo CIty’s last match was a 6-1 loss and are looking to bounce back and finish the season on a high note.
